A prospective cohort design study, where 128 talented Dutch swimmers were included. At baseline we performed a screening: a questionnaire, physical examination and a 3D technique analysis of a 200m freestyle race. Follow-up, after the baseline data collection was 1 full calendar year with a biweekly digital log to collecting shoulder injuries.
